An insight into how American recruiters approach online recruitment, providing delegates an opportunity to hear from a world expert on recruiting on how to improve and refine their online recruitment strategies.

In the US online recruitment has been integral to recruiting strategies for a decade. Understanding the candidate experience will give recruiters an advantage when attracting and competing for the best candidates on the web.

About Peter Weddle
Peter Weddle has been the CEO of three HR consulting companies, a Partner in the Hay Group and the recipient of a Federal award for leadership-related research. Described by The Washington Post as "... a man filled with ingenious ideas," he has authored or edited over two dozen books and been a columnist for The National Business Employment Weekly and CNN.com. Currently, he writes a biweekly column that appears in the interactive edition of The Wall Street Journal and four private newsletters that are distributed worldwide. In addition, he oversees WEDDLE's LLC, a print publisher specializing in the field of human resources. WEDDLE's annual Guides and Directory to job boards are recognized for their accuracy and helpfulness, leading the American Staffing Association to call Weddle the "Zagat of the online employment industry." Weddle is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has attended Oxford University and holds advanced degrees from Middlebury College and Harvard University.
